Q. How do I get access to my Skooli Subscription?
Once your subscription purchase has been completed, you will receive a ‘Purchase Confirmation’ email from betterU. You will also be receiving an email from Skooli within 24-48 hours with instructions on how to access your subscription. Make sure to check your spam / junk or any other email folder just in case the email was delivered there instead of your inbox. If you do not hear from Skooli after 48 hours, please feel free to contact us by clicking on the ‘Help’ button at the bottom right of your screen.
