Q: I am unable to login

 

Script:

If you cannot remember your password, click the ‘Forgot your password?’ link on the login page and you will be sent an email to create a new one. Make sure to check your junk/spam folder in case it ended up in there."

 

Process: 

  1. Verify the spelling of the username/email and password and check that the caps lock is not on. 
  1. Clicking ‘Forgot your Password?’ will redirect to this page where you can enter your email address to have an email sent to you to reset your password.
