Q. How do I get access to my Paddle assessment?
Once your assessment purchase has been completed, you will receive a ‘Purchase Confirmation’ email from betterU. You will also be receiving a ‘Success Page’ email which will give you access to your assessment. If this is the first time purchasing an assessment from Paddle you will be asked to register as a new user and create a profile. Make sure to check your spam / junk or any other email folder just in case the email was delivered there instead of your inbox. If you do not hear from Paddle after 48 hours, please feel free to contact us by clicking on the ‘Help’ button at the bottom right of your screen.
