How do I get access to my Geneo subscription?

Once your subscription purchase has been completed, you will receive a ‘Purchase Confirmation’ email from betterU. You will also be receiving a ‘Success Page’ email from Geneo providing instructions to access your subscription. If this is the first time purchasing a subscription from Geneo you will be asked to register as a new user. If you already have an account with Geneo, you will simply be asked to login. Make sure to check your spam / junk or any other folder in case the email was delivered there instead of your inbox.
